RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS By using any of the Microfurr Sites, you acknowledge and agree that the Microfurr Sites contain information, data, wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, graphics, music, text, software, and other content (collectively referred to as "Content"), and HTML, CGI, and other code and scripts used to implement the Microfurr Sites (collectively referred to as "Code") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights belonging to or licensed to Microfurr. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively the "Software") are licensed to you by Microfurr. Microfurr does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Microfurr retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.

SUBMISSIONS Microfurr will not be responsible for the content of your submissions or responses on the Microfurr Sites. If you send to Microfurr any information, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like ("Public Information"), such Public Information shall be deemed non-confidential. Microfurr will not be liable for any use or disclosure of Public Information, and Microfurr will have no obligation to keep such Public Information confidential. TERMINATION OF ACCESS Microfurr may terminate your access to all or part of the Microfurr Sites at any time without notice for any conduct that Microfurr, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Microfurr or a third party.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW The Microfurr Sites are created and controlled by Microfurr in the State of Idaho. Microfurr makes no representation that materials on the Microfurr Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. The laws of Idaho will govern these Terms and Conditions without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. By using any of the Microfurr Sites, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Idaho and of the United States of America located in the State of Idaho for any litigation arising out of or relating to use of the Microfurr Sites, and you hereby waive any objection to venue or claim of forum non conveniens.
